0:05 –five seconds into this video, you see <name> on the computer designing the pieces, and our Multicam 5000 SE doing its thing shaping and cutting. Then more “tech-aided” material cutting and shaping happens, with an assist by <name>. Yes, we embrace automation and full CNC technology.
0:20 –But let’s throw you a curveball! Here we see <name, name, and name> assembling booth frames. And yes, they are using tried and true glue and screws (plus saws and more) to make it all come together. And while we love and use advanced tech, it’s our handcrafted expertise that really sets us apart. <name> wraps up this section by applying the fabric to the booth backs.
1:00– We apply lacquers and stains by hand, while everyone else does their part. Check out that neat little tool in the lower right at 1:10 – that’s called a <name>. By 1:30, you’re seeing the booths take a very familiar shape, and by 1:45, we’re getting wrapped and ready to go. Appearing in this section are <names, starting with the sprayer>.
2:00– We’re at the Silver Diner, where they are about to receive our legendary “we do it all” delivery and installation. Listen, when that Soft Touch truck pulls up, with our purple-shirted delivery and installation crew, you know everything is going to be perfect! Watch as <names> get everything just right.
2:30– Enjoy the finished product. This one had booths with tables, standard size tables and chairs, benches, bar-style tables, and more. The Silver Diner is a first-class establishment, and they opted for the first-class “Soft Touch” treatment.
